Verisimilitude
This writer writes cards with positive thoughts and quotes and leaves them as “Pick Me Ups” for strangers in places like bus stations, libraries and coffee shops.
She writes about all sorts of things that are just nice to read about. I came across one of her cards outside of a yoga studio today and am super thankful that she included a link that feature some of her past cards. It’s a beautiful blog concept and I’m glad that she’s out there.

Thank you friendlypickerupper for brightening my day =)
It doesn’t mean I’m religious.
Because I’m not.
It doesn’t mean I hate LGBT community.
Because I am a supporter.
It doesn’t mean I force women to give birth.
Because I never will.
Take what you want from my blog, but never assume I’m just your stereotypical…
Moksha yoga, you’ve been good to me but I have some questions.
1. Is it supposed to hurt so bad?
I’m finding that I’m hurting in places I normally don’t. My neck, my back etc. These don’t feel like the good kinda sore. Does this mean I’m pushing myself to stretch too hard?
2. When will I get more flexible?
I’ve changed my diet to include healthier options and have been following a rigorous cardio routine too. What am I missing?
3. Will this trip of insane calmness of body and mind ever end?
I sure hope it does not! With the evening meditations, the early morning sun salutations and the almost daily yoga classes, I’m feeling like a new girl! I’ve found that I’m handling confrontations with family members and the bf much better. I’ve even started looking even further into Jainism. I love Jainism and go through periods of intense study of the principles and history. This new yoga routine has brought that curiosity back and I love it!
So thank you moksha yoga! But help me with the pain and the flexibility please =)
